Job Summary:
An excellent opportunity has come up for a Client Service Director to join a UK and International medical education and communications company, and lead an experienced team providing and delivering programmes across a wide number of therapy areas.


Requirements:

Responsibilities:


The post holder will provide guidance and strong leadership to a senior medical education/communications team, and help them deliver international programmes, growth and stability.

 


The post holder will manage multiple projects for a particular product and will ensure that the professional standard remains at the highest level. The Client Service Director will also be keen on new business development, and will take on responsibility for generating business within the defined client group. They will identify opportunities; work closely with the team members on building excellent client relationships internally and externally, and providing client counsel.


Desirable Requirements:


Qualifications:

• Preferably educated to a degree level, or able to demonstrate relevant scientific expertise and experience.


Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

• Relevant experience in medical education and /or medical communications industry, including experience in new business development.

• Experienced in running a varied number of accounts and managing staff to deliver high quality services to clients.

• Ability to work closely with clients on the medical arena and develop close relationships with a wide range of customers.

• Experience and ability to contribute innovative & successful proposals, and to oversee proposals management.

• Ability to work independently on a number of therapeutic areas.

• Ability to identify new and roll-on business opportunities.

• Strategic insight into healthcare communications.

• Good people management, coaching and mentoring skills.

• Leadership skills.

• High degree of credibility.
