Job Summary:
Thriving International medical communications agency specialising in providing healthcare communications to pharmaceutical, NHS and healthcare clients, has a superb opportunity for an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Manager ready to take the next step. Previous account management experience in Oncology would be an advantage but is not essential.

Requirements:

As Senior Account Manager or Account Director you will manage a team to deliver projects and programmes to the highest possible standards of client satisfaction.

Maximise revenues from existing accounts and develop new accounts within existing clients as well as explore opportunities to expand existing business and contribute to business development.

Ensure the highest standards of client relations to maintain longevity of the accounts and account growth.

Lead, motivate and mentor team members

Desirable requirements:

Science/life science degree

Medical education and communications agency experience

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Financial acumen
