Job Summary:
Leading international medical communications agency to the West of London is seeking a Client Services Director with excellent leadership skills and a strong focus on the needs of the client.
Requirements:
The role requires running strategic pharmaceutical marketing programmes and developing and delivering new business campaigns
Effectively manage, direct and lead client service team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and Key Opinion Leaders and ensure client satisfaction
Provision of strategic direction of accounts through thorough knowledge of medical/market issues, company’s and clients’ overall strategic objectives
The role has financial accountability requiring broad experience of financial management
Key attributes:
The successful candidate will possess significant drive, excellent commercial awareness and enthusiasm for growth
Excellent project management skills
Leadership experience in a medical communications agency
Degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, marketing or other relevant area.
