Job Summary:
A Senior Editor is sought by thriving medical communications agency Editorial Department, to assist in the production of high-quality educational materials for pharmaceutical clients.
Requirements:
The above role involves editing and proofreading copy for a range of educational materials (e.g. slide presentations, printed materials, multimedia projects) for various audiences. This will entail liaising with clients, opinion leaders and internal staff to ensure full input and approval of copy and managing the progression of projects from signed-off copy to print stage.
Desirable requirements:
The successful applicant will ideally be a science graduate with at least two to three years experience as an editor in a medical publishing company or in a medical education agency. Journal Editors with a non-science degree and at least two to three years scientific editing experience, plus evidence of formal in-house editorial training, will also be considered.
