Job Summary:
A fast growing international medical communications agency in Buckinghamshire has a vacancy for an Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity which may suit a Brand Manager or Sales Representative wanting to move into agency work or a Senior Account Executive ready to take the next step. Training and support will be offered to develop into the role.
Requirements:
The focus will be the delivery of projects in key client accounts.
Responsibilities include building strong relationships with key clients and becoming the key point of contact - Exceed all clients’ expectations through developing and executing an outstanding service to both clients and KOLs -
Project manage a variety of events and projects such as advisory panels, symposia, congress attendance, one to one visits, KOL identification and briefing etc.
Some international travel will be required.
Desirable requirements:
Science degree
Experience of working with KOLs in a variety of disciplines
Excellent ability to build relationships at all levels
Highly articulate with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to understand and deliver on clients needs
Confident and outgoing with a sense of fun
