Job Summary:
Our client, a leading international medical communications company that produces a wide variety of written materials for global pharmaceutical clients, seeks experienced and talented Medical Writer and Senior Medical Writer to join their team.
Requirements:
These roles involve writing high quality materials that communicate complex medical information in clear language and adapt style to suit different audiences such as medical professionals, the media or the general public
Prepare materials on a variety of therapy areas and undertake research in the therapy area to allow effective writing
Contribute to creative concepts for communications materials
In addition the Senior Medical Writer will develop, implement and manage the delivery of medical education and communications projects
Provide review and quality control of projects to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved
Assist in the development of new business pitches and contribute to the development of existing accounts
Mentor junior medical writers
Desirable requirements:
Education to degree level or higher in a biomedical science
Experience in medical writing gained within an established medical communications agency environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
