Job Summary:
Leading international medical communications company that produces a wide variety of written materials for global pharmaceutical clients has a superb opportunity for a Senior Medical Writer to join their team.
Requirements:
The Senior Medical Writer will produce high quality materials that communicate complex medical information in clear language and adapt style to suit different audiences such as medical professionals, the media or the general public.
Prepare materials on a variety of therapy areas.
Contribute to creative concepts for communications materials.
Develop, implement and manage the delivery of medical education and communications projects.
Coach and provide constructive feedback to junior Medical Writers.
Provide review and quality control of projects to ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
Assist in the development of new business pitches and contribute to the development of existing accounts.
Desirable requirements:
Education to degree level or higher in a biomedical science
Medical writing experience gained within an established medical communications agency environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
