Job Summary:
Thriving international medical education company, working with a number of the world’s major pharmaceutical companies producing publications, events and new media campaigns, is seeking a Scientific Team Leader to work closely with the account team and drive the scientific strategy.
Requirements:
This role requires ensuring the content quality of medical writing output meets or exceeds the client’s communication objectives, review output to add in terms of content, direction and scientific accuracy and manage medical writing output to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of programmes.
Act as in-house scientific expert for allocated therapeutic areas and proactively share insights and relevance with team.
Clearly identify the communication objectives of a project by working directly with the client and other team members.
Lead the strategic development and implementation of publications plans.
Line manage, mentor and coach the account medical writing team.
Desirable experience:
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Medical writing experience
Degree in life / physical sciences
Medical communication agency experience is required for this superb opportunity.
